  • These tablets contain Montelukast sodium and Fexofenadine HCL.
  • Fexofenadine is an antihistamine drug used to relieve allergy symptoms such as watery eyes, runny nose, itching nose, sneezing, hives, and itching.
  • It works by hindering histamine that your body makes during an allergic reaction. The upper layer of the tablet contains Fexofenadine which dissolves in the acidic medium of the stomach and the lower layer provides Montelukast which releases directly in alkaline pH of the intestine and reduces the production of mast cells.
