  • These tablets contain Levocetirizine Hydrochloride and Montelukast sodium. Levocetirizine is an antihistamine drug used to relieve allergy and pain.
  • It works by blocking a specific natural substance (histamine) that your body makes during an allergic reaction. Montelukast belongs to a family of medications known as leukotriene receptor antagonists.
  • Leukotriene can stimulate proinflammatory activities by mast cells. As well as mediating inflammation, they induce asthma and other inflammatory disorders, thereby reducing the airflow to the alveoli.
  • Montelukast with Levocetirizine Hydrochloride blocks the Leukotriene receptors and reduce the vasoconstriction.
